The Manager reports to the gallery owners and is responsible for:
   » Curating our annual exhibition schedule
   » Coordinating our monthly exhibition openings
   » Active artist career development and mentoring
   » Develop our network of collectors
   » Managing support staff
   » Managing an annual advertising budget, and working our social media channels to their maximum potential
   » Writing articles and press releases, delivering floor talks, facilitating artist talks and studio tours
   » Provision of the full suite of professional services including delivery and installation of Artworks, consultations, framing advice, national and international freight services
The key expertise needed to be prosperous in this function include:
   » Excellent communication expertise
   » Exceptional relationship and people management expertise
   » Artwork sales expertise and practice
   » An arts related degree
   » Commercial Gallery practice
   » A systematic and organised approach, with an absolute passion for what you do
   » Proficient at Microsoft office suite, Xero, Adobe Suite and Shopify
   » Photography expertise
   » Full Drivers licence
This is a full time function, primarily Tuesday - Saturday as well as our usual monthly Sunday afternoon openings.
