Database Admin - Social ServicesJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »NZ Charitable Trust, Mount Eden/Kingsland office »Broad Fundraising database management, step up potential! »35 hours/week, neg $50-60k prorata The Employer Our client is a charitable trust has over 1,000 employees nationwide and provides a wonderful range of health and social services that are located on client results. The function • We are seeking for a Database Coordinator to manage and maintain this Agencies donor database – Social Services sector • Enjoy functions relating to donor management, banking, data analysis and reporting tasks in brief • Database management: processing donations/bank income, record keeping, receipts, respond to queries, be alert to potential/when large gifts occur etc to assist other team members who focus on relationships • Financial: credit card data, earnings information and monthly reconciling for Finance to ensure all data is accurate (no accounts) • Reports: run as required from the database, for eg direct mail, donor histories, clean etc • Training, will be provided and to ensure database is up to date • Tangata Whenua, ensure culturally appropriate practice • Health & Safety, adhere to policies and practices You • Will be prepared to train on their system and grow into a function of management of the whole Fundraising database system • Have serious attention to detail and accuracy required/great English • Interest in data and data management • New Zealand geography expertise please • Be a quick learner with a great aptitude if keen to step up into this function Offer • 35 hours/week • income neg dependent on practice/training required ie $50-60,000 prorata • Free onsite parking • Conveniently located in one of their Auckland city fringe office sites • Work in the house policy (after settling in period) • Family friendly environment • Be part of a group of eight terrific, dedicated and hard working staff members • Handover • Job security (multi govt agency support) • Already restructured, with growth planned This is a great opportunity within a well-known organisation who value their staff highly!
