As the Practice manager you willhold professional governance responsibility; provide clinical supervision, support professional development and clinical practice of the team to ensure a quality service.You will carry a clinical caseload whilst providing day to day coordination and leadership abilities for the Social Workers across Starship. Reporting to the Clinical Lead of Paediatric Social Work, this key function involves both a clinical and leadership abilities component and will see you working closely with Allied Health leadership abilities to support the overall development of the paediatric social work service.
