Our Paediatric Allied Health team have a great leadership abilities opportunity for an practiced clinician to join the multidisciplinary team as aPractice manager, Social Work.
   » Permanent, Full time position
   » 40 hours per week

As the Practice manager you willhold professional governance responsibility; provide clinical supervision, support professional development and clinical practice of the team to ensure a quality service.You will carry a clinical caseload whilst providing day to day coordination and leadership abilities for the Social Workers across Starship.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead of Paediatric Social Work, this key function involves both a clinical and leadership abilities component and will see you working closely with Allied Health leadership abilities to support the overall development of the paediatric social work service. Here is your chance to develop your skills in clinical leadership abilities, motivating/ guiding staff development, and building sustainable health practices in the acute context.
This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to enhance their skills and advance their career; the ideal candidate will have the following:
   » At least 5+ years' practice under their belt
   » Specialties within the paediatric and child protection field
   » Post graduate qualifications
To be prosperous, you must be registered with theSocial Work Registration Board (NZ) and be able to demonstrate excellent clinical decision making skills & use of evidence located practice.
