Group General Manager Income

Due to our commitment to ensure that New Zealanders get their correct and full entitlements, We are seeking for a Group General Manager earnings to supervise and lead the earnings work programme within Service Delivery and the wider ministry.
this function will lead the key strategic relationships to influence and implement earnings related work across Service Delivery and the wider Ministry.
The Group General Manager will be working across agencies and in partnership with the sector, so you'll need to have practice in and the capability to build and sustain constructive stakeholder relationships and networks; influence others and manage a high performing team.
This is a great opportunity where you'll have the responsibility of providing high level strategic and operational advice and support.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Service Delivery, you'll be an practiced people leader, responsible for building a high performing earnings team.
You will also have a significant function in leading one of the workstreams as part of our transformation programme – Te Pae Tawhiti. This will involve working with the DCE Transformation and the transformation team as well as other parts of the Ministry, including our Improvement Systems and Technology group (IST)
As a high performing people leader, you will need to demonstrate:
• practice managing key relationships across MSD, key external agencies and Ministers Offices
• practice in building strategic relationships and being a credible/trusted voice at a senior leadership abilities level
• broad practice in the management of complex work programmes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise
• The capability to build, lead and develop new teams
• Embedding and building on Te Ao M?ori within their leadership abilities function
• Create the conditions for Te Ao M?ori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all decisions to ensure Te Pae Tata is delivered and embedded in your business group

income range: $219,790.00 – $329,686.00
