About the function:

In this position you will be supporting the Imports team and your main tasks will include:
   » Managing the order processing cycle by creating, maintaining and closing PO numbers on SAP
   » Sending out quotations
   » Creating manifest for imported goods
   » Processing MPI and Customs documentation
   » Assist Imports Specialist where required
   » Communicate information regarding price and market conditions to both suppliers and customers
   » Point of contact for all store and branch requirements
   » Ad-hoc tasks including ordering of stationary and general office supplies

About you:
   » You will have practice in order processing and delivering of excellent customer service
   » Superb admin practice is a must in this function
   » practice using SAP would be a distinct advantage
