We are seeking for a candidate with proficient, Workforce Analyst practice who has an eye for detail and can effectively interpret data to forecast demand management. The function: » Identify trends in customer queries/peak periods to ensure the correct resources and requirements are in place. » Execute the service delivery plan by forecasting demand, aligning people, tracking and influencing performance in real-time. » Build forecasting models, optimize scheduling, and enable teams to shift resources located on business needs. » Provide functional workforce solutions, including statistical analysis, modeling, program management. » Define metrics that will drive success and measure the effectiveness of existing processes and experiments. » Ensure urgent requests receive appropriate prioritization and prompt attention after case assignment. » Help direct teams and Team Leaders on plans for the day, taking responsibility to ensure overall coverage on queues is appropriate.  What you need to be prosperous: » practice in Workforce Analysis/Real-Time Management in contact center/customer support environments is key » practice with forecasting and demand management within a contact center » Detail orientation and a high degree of organization expertise » The capability to tell stories using data and be comfortable presenting to groups » Have a strategic mindset and be comfortable thinking in short, medium, and long term segments » Be curious by nature and challenge the status quo » Be a self-starter who has initiative and the capability to self-manage » A tertiary qualification is preferred Apply today!
