We are also able to offer our team members discounted health insurance. function Description Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance adjunct function is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. tasks include: » Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules. » Attending to repairs to property and equipment as required. » Coordinating with external contractors and superviseing contractors working on-site. » Requires an on-call element to deal with any urgent matters that arise. Qualifications & practice Our ideal candidate will have prior practice in building repairs and general property maintenance, and be practically minded. A trade qualification (eg. plumbing, electrical) would be an advantage. A full New Zealand drivers license is essential. To be prosperous in this function you must be a self-starter that can work unsupervised and be capable of general maintenance tasks.
