We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who had started their career on the tools and understand all aspects of a complex commercial build, construction, and lifts. To be successful in this position you must be: » Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment » Already established relationships with sub-contractors » Solid understanding of business needs. » Excellent organisational skills. » Methodical approach to selling » Problem solving aptitude and willingness to learn. » Ability to communicate effectively with all walks of life » Ability to work closely with Service Administrators, technicians and other Service Account Reps and BMs in the Auckland operation. A formal management qualification together with experience in the elevator industry or equivalent e.g construction, technologies, machinery, facilities management would be ideal.
