The HR coordinator is to deliver as range of HR services to staff and managers. You will also provide key recruitment support ensuring HR best practice is delivered to the organisation. tasks • First point of contact for all HR related queries. • Be the key contact point for hiring managers during the recruitment process. • Provide advise and guidance for hiring managers. • Responsible for advertisements and job descriptions. • Manage offers of employment • Regularly review all recruitment and onboarding processes. • Support and advise employees and managers on the application of HR policies and practices and use of HR systems. • Maintain employee records in line with changes to contracts. expertise & practice • Sound knowledge of HR information. • capability to understand and apply HR related legislation. • Proven practice providing high quality support in an HR environment. • Strong organisational expertise. • High level of resilience and initiative. • Effective and confident interpersonal expertise.
