   » Pay rate $30-37 per hour (dependent on experience)
   » Experience working in Aged Care Ideal or from a Real Estate Background
   » Solid communication and Admin skills needed

Based just outside of the CBD in Point Chevalier, our client is an Aged Care Facilities Provider who is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team.
What is needed:
   » Excellent communication skills
   » Sound Administration ability and Sales experience
   » Prefer from an Aged Care Background or Real Estate background
   » Have empathy and consideration for our senior generation
   » Be available to work through Xmas where needed. Also some Saturday work may be required however our client is happy to compensate to repay the hours back during the week
   » MUST be vaxed and boosted

Role Functions include:
   » Oversee the re-sales process
   » Respond to enquiries from prospective residents
   » Book and prepare viewings for prospective residents
   » Preparation of sales infromation packs
   » Monitor sales throughout the process and continue liaising with all interested parties
   » Ensure presentation of vacant units is maintained for next viewings and arrange refurbishments where required
   » Provide support to the Sales Manager
This is an awesome role with lots of variety and would suit someone who loves dealing with people, co-ordinating, negotiating and seeing through the process all the while maintaining empathy, pride and passion.
