Asset Coordinator - Supply Chain.Location All AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 58000 to 58000 Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Supply Chain » International company & essential service » Flexible working arrangement » Career development opportunity About the role As an Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling product transportation to branches and agents throughout the country. You will also analyse and mantain stock levels throughout the branches and provide solutions to maximise fulfillment rates & meet the needs of the customers. As this is an essential service, there is an element of responsibility and urgency to the role to ensure clients are supplied efficiently. Key stakeholders you will leaise with include drivers, sales team, branch managers and internal reports. You will work within a team of 5 and report to the supply chain leader. Due to current circumstances, all staff have been working from home which provides flexibility for individuals along with additonal safety benefits. You will be trained by your direct manager and set up for success in your new role. Experience & requirements - Experience working within Supply chain/logistics. - Customer service experience - Great communication skills + professional approach. - General computer skills - able to use Google sheets/excel and learn internal systems. - Positive, team player attitude. - NCEA level 2 minimum.
