As part of your function, you will assess the need for any educational requirements about the Scheme and deliver a curriculum and instructional content, materials, resources, and processes that meet those needs and support regulatory compliance. Responsibilities » Deliver proactive education and engagement to ensure compliance with the Scheme » Design and develop the education curriculum, with the aim to underpin occupational accreditation for Advisors engaged in the ETS » Work closely alongside leaders to determine subject-priorities and deliver key expertise requirements » Manage projects efficiently and to a high standard.
