Having recently entered into an agreement to sell a tranche of the business, a project team has been formed to manage the separation. As part of this, an opportunity is currently available for an practiced Business Analyst to work across a range of corporate function workstreams such as HR, legal, compliance, property, procurement, finance, product and distribution, essentially all the non-technology elements of the business. Information technology is estimated that this contract function will run for circa 6-9 months. Working amongst a dedicated team, the key tasks of the function will include detailed process analysis, re-engineering, documentation and risk management of both separated and retained business. We are ideally looking for suitably qualified candidates who have practice working on separation type projects within a regulated financial services environment. You'll be naturally inquisitive, have strong attention to detail and be adept at building engaging relationships with stakholders locally and remotely.
