This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: » Provide strong clinical leadership and management across nursing, care, and auxiliary teams. » Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team. » Motivate and support staff to grow, upskill, and achieve their potential. » Ensure strict adherence to clinical policies and procedures. » Oversee clinical audits and manage budgets effectively. » Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Experience: » 5+ years' experience in aged care (preferred). » Current Annual Practising Certificate APC » Recent experience in clinical or management roles within a continuing care hospital or aged care facility. » Strong management, organizational, and administrative capabilities. » Outstanding people skills with empathy for the elderly and their families. » Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
