We are pursuing a Business Process Improvement Lead to join the Enterprise Change Delivery team in ACC. You will be assigned to the M?ori Health Solutions team – Te Ara T?tara.
Te Ara T?tara's mahi (the honourable path) focusses on the wellbeing of wh?nau through the development of kaupapa M?ori health solutions and by partnering with M?ori to design and deliver wh?nau-centred health services and avoidance initiatives across the motu.
M? tenei t?rana mahi – About this function
As a Business Process Improvement Lead within Te Ara T?tara you will play a crucial function in the design of processes and procedures that support the intent of the mahi. You will be responsible for applying health service design and commissioning knowledge to support Kaupapa M?ori solutions, identify opportunities that continually improve the way we do things, and address and remove barriers for M?ori to enable quality practices and results for kiritaki and wh?nau. To do this you will work closely with and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, in the context of a partnership environment.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Lead business process design and documentation mahi
   » Identify process improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to realise the benefits and value these opportunities present
   » Facilitate workshops to collaboratively identify, understand, and solve complex process problems
   » Advocate quality practices and results for iwi, hapu and whanau.
Ko wai koe – About you:
To be prosperous in this function, you should possess the following qualities, knowledge, and expertise:
   » Knowledge of te ao M?ori and a m?tauranga M?ori mindset
   » Knowledge of cultural protocols
   » A passion for business process design and continuous improvement demonstrated by holding a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above
   » knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation standards and business process documentation
   » The capability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully
   » Have a customer focus and strong relationship management expertise
   » A demonstrated capability to facilitate groups effectively
   » An inclusive, approachable, and team-focused working style
   » Be highly organised

Working at ACC
The full income range for the function is between $101,287 – $142,993 with appointment within the range dependent on expertise and practice. ACC also offers a nine percent superannuation contribution.
