• Support the General Manager within a well-respected and vital government agency
• 37.5 hour work week, flexible working (x2 days WFH) – 9 month FTC
• income up to 77k

The function
In this function you will be supporting the GM with secretarial tasks as well as providing strategic and operational information to the leadership abilities group across the sector.
Your function includes, but isn’t limited to:
• Providing diary management
• Minute taking for meetings
• Managing external and internal correspondence.
• Partner and collaborate with the leadership abilities team, supporting members and providing support.
• Respond effectively to the public, ministers, and external stakeholders.
My client is happy to talk to individuals who are looking to step up in the Personal adjunct space, potentially from a Team Administrator or Co-ordinator function. You will have a wide variety of support and training although, you must be a self-starter who is willing to lgain and is able to manage their own day effectively.
Core expertise
You will have previous practiced with either a Personal adjunct function or a Team administrator/Co-ordinator. Information technology is important you have practice within MS office suite. You will have exceptional organisational expertise, have to capability to priorities work and ensure deadlines are met.
This is a great team and organisation; everyone is very passionate about the work they do and you really get that feeling when you walk into the organisation. Everyone works as a team and my client is seeking an individual who works well with people and has that happy-go-lucky attitude around work.
