Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To serve the customers of the pharmacy using the guidelines and standards set out in the current version of the Customer Service Manual, with the overall goal of providing our customers with prompt, polite and helpful service with a smile. 2. To comply with the procedures and standards set out in the current version of the Retail Sales Procedures. 3. To comply with any procedures, standards and policies as set out in the current version of the General Staff Information document. 4. To comply with any procedures, standards or policies as set out in the current version of the Lotto Area Standards document, with particular note of Customer Service and Adding Value. 5. To undertake any other tasks or duties as required by the General Manager from time to time. The successful applicant will have: Previous Pharmacy Experience desirable not necessary Reliable transport Have a reasonable standard of fitness Ability to learn and retain information Enjoy working as part of a team Pass a pre- employment drug screen.
