The Bar manager is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property, and our ideal candidate will need to have the capability to execute under pressure. tasks include: » Interacting with restaurant patrons/guests, delivering dishes, meal checks & establishing rapport with guests. » Serving drinks behind the bar, and ensuring that the company's host responsibility policy is adhered to. » Taking charge of shifts and cashing up at the end of each shift. » Take responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction and providing exceptional guest service.
