   » Create smart rostering which will help bring efficiency and allow agents to meet their SLA’s and service level requirements

We have a very exciting opportunity for a top-quality Workforce Planner to come and join us. As a Workforce Planner, you will provide skills in multiple work type analysis, design, development and improvement with respect to resourcing, workforce management and forecasting and monitoring strategies.
You will be responsible for ensuring the best assignment of resources and employees through the use of effective planning and scheduling and you will be able to manage various staffing options effectively. A proficiency in effective recruitment forecasting located on attrition insights and analysis is an essential part of this function.
What we’re looking for
You will have significant Workforce Planning practice and know-how, preferably gained within a multi-skilled Contact Centre (or similar) environment.
You will also have a thorough knowledge of and will have worked within a workforce management function and will have a working knowledge of rostering methodologies.
Producing reports on operational performance located on actual data and trends will be an area of strength and you will be practiced in providing planning advice and support to Real Time Analysts.
In addition to your technical savvy in the Workforce Planning space, you will have a proven capability to influence and negotiate and you will work collaboratively to maximise results and make improvements. You will have a delivery focussed approach and will keep the customer practice at the heart of what you do.

The indicative income sits between $ 78,468 and $101.547 but this is dependent on your skills and practice. Additional to the base income we also provide ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution.
