They are looking for Co-Sell Program Manager to support Australia and New Zealand. This role will report to the Global Partner Solutions ("GPS") Sales Excellence Lead and will work closely with other Sales Excellence Managers in GPS to support the NZ GPS team as they co-sell with partners. Key responsibilities: » Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment on the pipeline - eg ensure missing partner share deals are documented in CRM, deals shared are accepted by relevant sales teams, and sales stages are aligned between partner pipe and Microsoft pipe » Work with Co-Sell Validation desk from an Ops perspective to triage deals from registration to recognition, ensure documentation to meet Co-Sell desk review requirements are collected across stakeholders and provided to Co-Sell desk » Collaborate with colleagues across the broader ANZ Sales Excellence team on an as-needed basis, especially during quarter-end peak periods as part of team collaboration. » Partner Co-Sell Pipeline Insights & Analysis » Manage Inbound and Outbound deal sharing across NZ partners Essential Experience: » More than 5 years of experience navigating and working effectively in a sales operations environment in technology. » Experience in Project / Program management » Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels » Great Communicator: Great written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills, communicating with clarity and empathy. This role will be required to pull together sales and pipeline insights communications and represent the insights to the teams they are working with. » Have the analytical skills to use reports, pivot tables, and data, but do not need deep data analytics skill sets. » Ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses This role is hired as a minimum of a 6-month contract, with the potential being an extended contract.
