Over the years, our client has been highly visible on many of New Zealand's major construction sites. For you » Flexibilty on days worked » Flexibility with start and finish times » Available hours per week 32 or 40 » Great team environment » Variety of task as no two days are the same » Enjoy working at heights and likes to keep fit The Role To ensure that our clients 5 x building sites have been well maintained and compliant with Government and Council requirements. Liaise, as required, with Tenants on site with excellent level of customer service which meets their expectations. » Carry out walk through checks on main property for any maintenance jobs » Regular building and equipment maintenance and repairs » Arrange for trades people to attend any issues when required » General administration duties - Purchasing supplies, BWOF, security keys » Health and Safety checks » Gardening, yard cleaning and recycling Looking for » Previous maintenance experience - able to use electrical tools, painting and building fixtures » Excellent written and verbal communication skills » Great customer service - dealing with all tenants on site » Self-managed throughout your day » Physically fit (able to lift 20kgs and likes walking) » Full clean drivers licence Nice to have » Class 5, F & OSH certificate » EWP » Working at heights certificate Still not sure then give Louise Karataua 021 625 501 a call to discuss this role further.
