About the function:
Be the first point of contact with our clients and field staff for service-related issues and enquiries. Ensure a clear line of communication is maintained and customers are kept informed of the status of their work orders or calls. Update client portals in a timely manner with accurate and appropriate information.

• Manage the inbox
• Manage Customer Complaints
• Receive and attend to visitors as necessary
• Support the Wellington team
• Answering phones
• General office administration
• Updating the system on a regular basis

expertise & practice
The ideal candidate must be:
• Have polished presentation
• Have significant practice
• Great computer expertise
• Be a dedicated and hard working
• Have a professional phone manner
• Great interpersonal & customer service expertise

Candidates We are pursuing must be ready to step in and help out wherever necessary, no job will be too big or too small. Candidates must have exceptional customer service expertise, both face-to-face and over the phone.
