ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. As the Executive adjunct to our Chief Customer agent, you will be responsible for providing executive level support, including secretarial services, diary management, agenda preparation and briefings, and general office administration support. This is an exciting function with plenty of variety and opportunity to make a real impact with enterprise wide exposure.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » broad practice in a similar EA function in a large organisation, supporting Executive management
   » Proven practice providing guidance and support to senior managers, in a tactful and discreet manner
   » The capability to balance the importance of your function as a gatekeeper with remaining approachable and supportive
   » Excellent written, oral and interpersonal expertise
   » availability to work as part of a team and contribute to priorities of the day
   » A proactive nature, identifying opportunities for improvement and confidence to make suggestions
   » A high level of skill in using Microsoft office suite
   » capability to work calmly under pressure, and work without close supervision
   » practice coordinating across large teams to ensure cohesion
   » Proven capability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
   » An enthusiastic, open and positive attitude is a must
this function works as part of a team within the Office of the Chief Customer agent that provides strategic advice, executive assistance and business management for the Chief Customer agent and across our Customer Group senior leadership abilities team. You will have the opportunity to provide direct executive support as well as work across the enterprise, networking across all other business groups at ACC.
