Job Opportunity: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Science:Maori Pacific JobsJob description:Job DescriptionThe School of Science is seeking to make two full-time permanent appointments to teach in one or more of the following medical laboratory science specialisations: medical microbiology, transfusion science, pathology, immunology, and diagnostic genetics. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the future growth and development of medical laboratory science at Auckland University of Technology.The prosperous candidates will be appointed to the Department of Biomedicine and Medical Diagnostics in the School of Science/Te Kura P?taiao in the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences. This position is located on the City Campus of AUT. AUT is a leading provider of education in medical laboratory science at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The School of Science is committed to advancing a Te Tiriti-honouring curriculum. The appointee will contribute to this kaupapa, through the recognition and advancement of responsibility and obligation under Te Tiriti o Waitangi and by promoting these aspirations in the teaching and learning strategies. Appointees will have a Masters, PhD and/or industry practice in a significant area.
