ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. In this position of Design and Implementation Senior Advisor you will use your expertise and practice to provide high level analysis, advice and information to design and deliver new/improved injury avoidance products and services – bringing the voice of customer to life.
This is your opportunity to embrace our agile methodology and design and deliver solutions that influence Health and Safety systems and have a positive impact on the lives of New Zealanders.
For you to be prosperous in this function We are seeking for you to bring your practice in:
   » Leading the design and implementation of new services or products
   » Co-development, human centred design and behavioural change
   » Developing strong evidence-located approaches to design/change
   » Building solutions through collaborative working with internal and external partners
   » knowledge of the machinery of government and development of lean business cases for investment
   » Providing practical solutions to complex issues
   » Internal and external stakeholder and relationship management
   » Working effectively within a collaborative agile team
   » Developing and implementing communication and engagement plans would be useful
