Ko t? m?tou mahi – Our function
We have an opportunity available to join our Health, Safety and Security team as a Health, Safety and Security Coordinator. this function reports to the Manager Technical Response and will be supporting a large team across New Zealand. this function will assist the Senior Advisor with monthly data analysis, reporting, CSV uploads and document review.
Other key elements to this function will be publishing content on the intranet as an Atamai Author to maintain SSW sections, and leading the production of information bulletins as required. This is a great opportunity to use your H&S expertise and develop a wide variety of expertise.
Ng? p?manawatanga ?u – What you will bring:
   » Have the capability to maintain consciousness of changes in health and safety legislation and best practice
   » Have excellent time management and administrative expertise
   » Have strong communication expertise
   » Be a confident writer
   » Hold or be working towards a tertiary degree/Level 6 Qualification in the health and safety or related field, or demonstrate a desire to undertake training at this level
   » Some practice working as a Health and Safety representative is a plus, being a Health and Safety Representative will be viewed as a good indication that you are interested in this field
   » Have high-level computer expertise and expertise of the Microsoft operating suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and MS 365 Apps)
   » Take responsibility for planning and prioritising their own work, within the requirements of the function
