Organisational Capcapability and Services Branch Human Resources, P?manawa Tangata, sits within Organisational Capcapability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department of Internal Affairs to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand The focus in this function is to: * Deliver quality Workforce Analytics and Insights * Evolve HR reporting capcapability to enable strategic decision making * Coach and train other team members in analytic expertise * Co-lead the implementation of Oracle HCM and other new leading edge systems to raise the overall capcapability in HR and across the Department * Support the Department's remuneration modelling this function will suit an practiced HR systems and data analyst and technical subject matter expert who will have worked with a variety of HR systems and analytics tools in a senior function for at least 5 years.
