We want to ensure that all people in New Zealand receive the support they need to avoid injury and manage their own wellbeing. As Manager Organisational Development you will play a critical function in this mahi, leading delivery of a wide variety of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, strategic workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership abilities effectiveness. You'll support ACC's success and our commitment to ACC's Maori strategy, Whaia te Tika and promote a diverse and inclusive organisation.
