Senior Holiday Park adjuncts:Job description:Senior Holiday Park adjunctsPayment: Accommodation & Paid (23.50)Job location: OPOTIKI Region: Rotorua & Bay of Plenty practice: Limited practice Necessary Contact: Ohiwa Beach Holiday Park Listing Added: 11/09/2022 An exciting opportunity is available for a couple to assist in the day to day running of our Holiday Park located in beautiful Ohiwa in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. This will be a fixed term contract to cover Summer Starting Mid October to Mid March 2023. Would you describe yourselves as self-motivated, energetic, positive team players? Do you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer services? The prosperous couple will be required to be energetic and display positive attitudes in all aspects of the function. They will work independently and with the Managers of the Park and are expected to be hands on at all times. There is a one bedroom unit available as part of the income package. The position will include but is not limited to the following: Front Reception work including bookings, emails, telephone calls and shop. Banking and everyday transaction balancing. Housekeeping and cleaning of ablution blocks, laundry and general cleaning of office and all communal areas. General Grounds work, gardening and maintenance including mowing and rubbish tasks. Liaison and working with housekeeping and other staff. Undertaking night patrol, security checks and lockups and afterhours check in’s. Ensuring that the park and all facilities are kept to a high standard. Position Requirements: Excellence in Customer services with computer literacy. Excellence in communications, time management and problem solving. Knowledge and knowledge of the holiday park/tourism industry Knowledge and practice in the use of mowers and maintenance equipment. The capability to work and enhance a positive team environment with the capability to relate well to all guests and fellow staff. Enjoy a high amount of people contact and have a can do, DYI attitude. Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays. Current Drivers Licences. candidates for this position should have a NZ residency or valid work visas. candidates for this position will be subject to police clearance and drug tests. candidates for this position will need to have current COVID19 vaccinations.
