Senior HR Systems and Reporting Analysts
We have two opportunities for practiced Senior HR Systems and Reporting Analysts to join our People and Culture team for 12 months. We are utilising internal SME’s from our team for a project and these functions will be backfilling their BAU work.
About the functions
We’re ideally looking to fill these functions with one systems-located specialist and one reporting-located specialist.
You’ll be:
   » coordinating and maintaining data in our HR systems and providing systems support to ensure accurate, timely information is available to the business
   » working with internal customers to understand business needs and determining the best solution and approach
   » transforming complex information into insights using clear and concise visual reports
   » responding to a mix of general reporting and systems queries received by the team in a timely way
   » completing regular reporting and supporting project work by knowledge and keeping the existing BAU environment running smoothly.
About you
These functions would best suit those with practice supporting HR systems and business processes in a similar-scale environment. You could have familiarity in either Oracle/HCM or PeopleSoft, or similar. You may come from a payroll or reporting background where you’ve been building reports in OTBI (or similar) and have practice in SQL. We’re open to public or private sector practice.
Also important is your:
   » excellent analytical capability and proven practice working with customers to get to the heart of the challenge and propose fit for purpose and pragmatic solutions
   » advanced Microsoft Excel expertise for reporting and data manipulation
   » resilience, initiative, and good problem-solving expertise
   » capability to work in an ever-changing environment
   » continuous improvement mindset and the capability to spot trends or opportunities for self-serve reporting tools.
