Hours of work

Full-time, 37.55 hours per week.
The current Contact Centre's hours of operation are:
•Mondays to Fridays, 7.00am to 6.15pm, and
•Saturdays, 8.00am to 2.00pm. (Saturdays are rotational, and you will only work one Saturday every few weeks)
We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
Once a sufficient level of competence and independence has been achieved, we can discuss flexible arrangements for a hybrid model mix of working from site and in the house.
