In Charities Services we promote trust and confidence in charities, encourage good governance, support Charities efficiency and effectiveness and assist charities to comply with their lawful obligations.
We have a permanent opportunity for a critical function in this well-run business group. Our Manager Regulatory is a senior 4thtier function that leads our registration and investigations function. this function reports to a new General Manager with a vision to move our already effective business to the next level.
We are seeking for a candidate
   » With significant practice in leading teams in a regulatory or law enforcement setting;
   » Who can demonstrate proven capacity to identify and promote strategic opportunities in the not-for-profit sector;
   » With strength in providing advice to Ministers, an independent decision making board and the media;
   » With the capacity to build strong relationships - internally and externally
   » With a passion to add value to the not-for-profit sector and with the capacity/drive to deliver excellent regulatory services every day

To be prosperous in this function you will need practice in:
   » Leading a driving change and delivery in a regulatory environment;
   » An eye for the future - defining and delivering strategic opportunities
   » A drive for excellence in delivery every day
   » Leading through your direct reports a smart, self-motivated and competent staff - including practice in engaging with and leading an investigations function;
   » Excellent judgement and the capacity to convey complex matters to independent decision makers and a vibrant sector
