We're looking for Somebody with regulatory and intelligence practice to provide high quality analysis and intelligence to Ng? Ratonga Kaupapa Atawhai, Charities Services. Our function is to promote trust and confidence in charities, encourage good governance, and support charities to comply with their obligations under the law. We are seeking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst in our Charities Services Group. In this function you will lead the development of high quality strategic and tactical intelligence insights. You will also provide intelligence to identify areas of risk to support Charities Services' investigations and registration functions. You will have: » To be a NZ citizen or permanent resident with a current national security clearance or the capability to obtain one. » practice in applying intelligence tools and methodologies to deliver operational and strategic intelligence analysis, preferably in regulatory environments. » practice in intelligence products and a strong knowledge of the intelligence life cycle, » Ideally at least 3 years in an intelligence or intelligence-located function and an intelligence qualification such as the National Diploma in Intelligence. » Proven skills in applying risk identification and management principles to an operational or policy environment. » The capability to communicate with credibility, develop effective relationships and convey complex information to a variety of audiences. » Excellent critical reasoning skills, well-developed intuition about appropriate approaches and the capability to deal with sensitive issues. » The capability to lead and manage projects and influence others. » practice and understand of regulatory concepts and functions, knowledge of government structures and processes, and the capability to adapt and innovate. » practice in data analysis and use of data bases would be advantageous.
