Job Opportunity: Pacific-languages Editor:Maori Pacific JobsJob description:Job DescriptionM?l? e lelei, t?lofa lava» Are you fluent in lea Faka-Tonga and/or gagana S?moa (as well as in English)? » Do you care deeply about how Pacific languages and cultures appear in print and online? » Would you be interested in creating educational resources for Pacific learners in Aotearoa New Zealand and elsewhere in the Pacific? An exciting part time (20-25 hours per week) opportunity exists to make a difference and improve learning results forPacific students, supporting them to carry their cultures and languages into the future. As a Pacific-languages editor, you will join a team that has been developing educational resources in Pacific languages, English, and French. You will be working with Pacific writers, illustrators, book designers, and voices to produce a wide variety of teaching and learning materials.
