   »A small and established team, this is a critical function supporting the owner!
this function is a key and critical function to be the main support of the owner of the business in all sales, marketing and general office running tasks. You will be the owners right hand person, to be able to pick up all back end tasks to ensure he is able to be front facing with his clients on site. This newly created function will have a variety of tasks from customer service with clients, processing of sales order and documentation, marketing emails and website management and the general day to day running of the office. With this newly created function, flexibility is key to being able to pick up new tasks as they appear and be able to grow this function with the business.
   » Key support for the owner with all customer service, sales support and coordination, marketing and day to day office management
   » Liaising with clients to ensure all jobs, orders and tasked are being completed to a high standard
   » Be able to complete all administration tasks within the CRM system through to completion
this function is needing a go getter who is always willing to help in the areas of the business is needed. With the business growing, the owner is needing overall business and sales support, to ensure he is able to continue to be front facing with clients and customers. A down to earth and professional individual will flourish in this function, who can pick up things quickly and be able to provide instant support and relief. You will be able to work in a small and close knit team and be proactive and supportive.
