This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and practiced event coordinator to prosperously organize and deliver events at the Auckland Art GalleryToi o T?maki. this function is responsible for maximising major revenue streams through the support of the Advancement Team as well as venue hire, and fordevelopment, scheduling, production, and delivery of internally and externally generated events to highest standards. He k?rero m?u: About you As the Venue Hire and Events Coordinator, you will bring excellent event management practice as well as strong communication and people expertise. You will be able to work collaboratively and effectively across the Gallery and with external clients and stakeholders to ensure sound accountcapability and delivery of events. You will be a well-organized project manager with the capability to manage budgets, staff and suppliers/vendors relationships. Comfort working with databases and eDM software are essential.
