Job Offer: Shop Manager:Job description:Shop ManagerPayment: Paid Position ($60,000 - 69,000)Job location: Cromwell Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 13/10/2022 Southern Trade Supplies - Shop Manager We now have an opportunity for the right candidate to be in sole charge and grow our Cromwell store, come and be part of the Southern Trade Supplies Team. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the store. Southern Plaster Supplies has 3 stores, servicing Central Otago and the wider community for all things trade. Our point of difference is our availability to try and source anything our customers need, from bespoke trade specific tool range to bags of plaster. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. Attributes: · Proven customer service practice and/or a sales background · Excellent communication expertise - both verbal and written · Sales practice - Minimum 3 years · Management and team leading practice · Inwards goods and stocktake practice · Physically fit, as heavy lifting is required · Computer literate with capability to multi-task · expertise of the building/tiling/plastering industry · Current forklift license an advantage but training can be provided · Paint tinting and paint systems practice an advantage Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: · Purchasing and supplier relationship management · Inventory management/stock control · Liaising & building with trade suppliers and account managers · Build on our existing relationships and create new opportunities · Reporting to the Business & Office manager · Budget & Spend control · Operating a Forklift (Training can be provided) Only candidates legally entitled to work in NZ can be considered Please send your CV and cover letter to Adam via email – [email protected] Skills:
