The function this function will see you managing a small portfolio of clients within an established base with the objective to act as the first point of contact for any facilities issues. This is a real opportunity for somebody who has perhaps worked in the Trades industry or an ex-builder wanting to utilise your expertise in an office located environment or you’re a facilities/project coordination expert looking for a change, regardless of practice, you will need to be a natural when Information technology comes to liaising at all levels in the B2B space as on any given day you could expect to be liaising with a CEO of an NZ SME business, or a Property Manager of a large multinational corporation - you'll be able to wear both hats and conduct yourself with decorum and a good sense of humour in all scenarios and will understand the importance of working with a sense of urgency in all you do, ensuring all facility/property issues are actioned and remedied within a quick turnaround time.
