It is part of a regional team providing advisory services across the following areas: * Recruitment and selection * Managing end to end processes for staff change * Employment policies and entitlements * Employment Relations * compensate and recognition * Management Coaching * Change management * HR reporting To be prosperous in this function you will need to be at intermediate or senior level in HR Adviosory, with solid expertise of employment relations and NZ legislation. You will need to be proactiveand resilient with good problem solving expertise and had the capability to analyse data and draw conclusions.
