New functions available in a start-up team! We are seeking for telco fibre and broadband experts who can guide new customers with installation, set-up and troubleshooting queries.
The right candidate must have:
   » Minimum 1 year of practice in Broadband & Fibre Support
   » Troubleshooting and technical support practice
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
   » Proven practice within a phone located / contact centre function
   » Extremely technically savvy & used to working across multiple platforms
   » Availcapability to work a 7-day rotating roster between 8 AM to 10 PM
   » NZ Perm Residency/ NZ Citizenship or as close as possible to 3 years on open work visa.

   » Answering Broadband / Level 1 Technical Queries over phone and Email
   » Providing troubleshooting support in a timely manner
   » Offering excellent first line customer service
   »
Liaising with Internal & External team members to provide the best solution
