They are currently seeking an Internal Sales person for a busy, varied function located in their new office in Islington. Hours are Monday to Friday with some flexibility to start and finish times. There is ample parking close to the office.The function In this function, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales team to ensure that clients are supported when they are not in the office. This involves some account management and also day to say service which can include any of the following tasks: - Assisting with phone enquiries from customers - Preparing quotes and pricing - Processing orders and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure product delivery timelines are met - Updating the CRM system - Supporting the wider sales team with any requirements The Candidate Our ideal candidate has practice working in a trade sales environment, and has customer service and administration expertise. You will be reliable, hard working, and dedicated to providing the best practice possible for your clients. You will have demonstrated practice working in a fast paced environment, and be able to stay positive when the pressure is on. Good computer expertise and excellent phone manner is a must.
