This is a full-time permanent role responsible for the set up and operation of CNC machines. Why Join? » Great Work Environment: Enjoy a friendly and supportive team culture. » Relocation Bonus Offered: Enjoy the sunny Wairarapa lifestyle as our team can assist with relocation support » Career Stability: Be part of a well-established company with a strong reputation and pipeline for 2025 » Flexible working hours preferably afternoon shifts plus one weekend & one day of the weekend Key Responsibilities: » Set up and operate Emmegi CNC machine's according to the production schedules. » Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts. » Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. » Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure they are in good working condition. » Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. » Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production process About You » 3 years' experience working in the Aluminium industry with CNC experience » Able to run and set up CNC machines - Emmegi preferred » Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. » Strong attention to detail and precision. » Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. » Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude. » Holding a relevant trade qualification a plus » Must be willing to work in the Wairarapa region What's On Offer » Training and career development opportunities » Minimum of 40hr per week guaranteed + possible overtime » $35.00 - $38p/hr (depending on skill) + benefits If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
