Job Offer: Housekeeper - Good Rate + Free Accomodation:Job description:Housekeeper - Good Rate + Free AccomodationPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($25p/h -plus accomodation)Job location: HAAST Region: West Coast practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 02/10/2022 Motel Cleaning Listing description HouseKeeper - fixed term contract - 30hrs minimum per week We are seeking a housekeeper to start after Xmas 2022 to end March 2023 (at least) Position involves motel cleaning in small, independently run motels (11 motel units). 30 hours per week over 6 day roster - hours usually 9am-2pm but some flexibility. Extra hours available if you are happy to do gardening/mow lawns, cover reception etc. Local hotels also offering pm work. » Small, friendly team environment. » practice preferred but training will be given. » Self-contained, private accomodation available onsite as part of employment package. » Located in Haast - half way between Wanaka/Queenstown and and the Glaciers. » Haast is the perfect spot if you are into bush hikes, remote beaches, you need time out or want to save some money. » Please aware that Haast is a beautiful but fairly remote town with a population of about 270 - not for those seeking the bright lights! Job Requirements: » You must be friendly, hard-working and able to function both as part of a small team and also to work independantly. » Must also have good attention to detail and be fussy with cleaning. » Must be honest and reliable and be able to cope with feedback (especially while learning). » You must have excellent customer service expertise. » Good English language, written and numeracy expertise. » Preference given to those keen to stay for longer periods. Applicant must be legally able to work in NZ (work visa / NZ citizen, tax number, NZ bank account). We are unable to offer employment to those without work visas and you need to be currently in NZ.
