The function • Providing high quality advice and services • Supporting broader P&C team • Responsible for general P&C processes tasks • First point of contact for P&C team and all queries • Process vetting for new employees, onboarding, offboarding and terminations. • Assisting with the processing of all payroll queries • Processing fortnightly pay • Providing administration support for P&C Projects • Assist with updating documents • Identify process improvements • Develop Business relationships expertise & practice • 2 years’ practice in similar function • Payroll practice desirable but not essential • Demonstrated time management expertise and strong attention to detail • capability to adapt easily and quickly • practice using Information technology applications with accuracy • Outstanding interpersonal expertise • knowledge of NZ HR and ER law How to Apply?
