Financial Accountant/adjunct Accountant - TempJob location:Bay of Plenty Tauranga Work Type: Temporary » » » »Urgent start, temp while the function is recruited permanently (great chance to try before you buy) »Large NZ food manufacturer; Greerton location »$30-40 per hour temp rate, approx. $65-90K if Information technology goes perm You will slot into the finance team leading the day to day financial accounting functions. Reporting to a valuable and competent Commercial Manager (with a finance administrator and payroll agent in the team as well) you will have great support around you, but will also jump straight into month and year end reporting. this function is vacant now and we require a temp while recruitment for the permanent person is underway. If you are looking for a perm function, this is a great way to get in and prove yourself. Your function will include: • Being responsible for financial accounts supporting month end and year end processing • Statutory reporting • Tax Compliance (GST, FBT) and IRD filing • General ledger, debtors and creditors • superviseing payroll, including payroll for the senior leadership abilities team • Inventory management and data transfer You’ll be working for a large seafood organisation, with farms in the Coromandel and processing facility located in Greerton.
