   »Permanent- Full time- Monday to Friday – 8:30AM- 5PM

The function
• Work within the homecare space in the community. You would be responsible for the medication, do their needs assessment and train support workers
• Actively participate as an effective member of the healthcare team
• Ensure care is delivered in a safe and professional manner and in line with current best practice
• Demonstrate effective leadership abilities of caregivers and ensure that resident care is of the very highest standard • Maximise the safety of the client and staff
• Demonstrate commitment to professional and clinical nursing development and actively support the pursuit of Continuous Quality Improvement
• Manage equipment, supplies, and resources efficiently, effectively and safely
You
• You will be a Registered Nurse with a current Practicing Certificate
• Have demonstrable negotiation and conflict resolution expertise Clinical assessment and documentation expertise
• Well-developed oral and written (report) presentation expertise with competency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook....for the needs assessment function, the InterRAI contact tool is used when assessing in the community
• Full Drivers Licence, own car advantageous
