Your focus will be to lead your production staff and help them deliver, high quality product within a short lead time for their customers. » Working with the Operations Manager, HR team and Head Office » Responsible for supporting a high performing processing team » Manage both cost and quality of product » Analysing production planning and sales forecast » Responsible for maintenance schedules, resolution of problems » Lead and manage Health and Safety across the team » Relationships with Supervisors, Logistics, Trainers and other regions Preferred Applicant Attributes » 5 years' experience leading/managing a production team » Technical qualification in mechanical or process engineering » Puts safety and wellbeing at the forefront of every activity » Leads by example and is a coach and mentor to your team » Understands Visual Management, 5S Workplace, PDCA and 5Y's Root Cause » Able to implement and use KPIs to measure and drive performance Are you our resilient, highly motivated Production Manager we are seeking?
