In Operations Payments, we remove the financial stress people have when they are off work due to an injury. We know that by helping and reducing the stress of getting paid, our clients can focus on what matters most – getting better and getting back to independence. We are also responsible for making sure that our providers are paid accurately and on time for the services they provide. Because we play such an integral part in the recovery practice of our clients, we are a Top 6 Priority Function here at ACC.
As a Client Service Leader, you will play a key function in engaging and motivating your teams, so they can confidently deliver a great practice and results for our clients and providers, doing their best every single time. Our Client Payments teams are located in two hubs – Hamilton and Dunedin. this function is located in Hamilton where we have five teams of Payment Assessors.
To be prosperous in this function you will bring with you the following:
