About this function Reporting to the Business Support Manager, this fixed-term function combines the full range of administrative functions including reception and frontline support. The position will run until 16 December 2022, with the possibility of a further extension. Hours of work would be 8:30am until 5pm eight days (0.8fte) per fortnight, with an hour for lunchbreak or alternatively 9am start with half hour lunchbreak. Your positive can-do attitude and proactive nature means that you are always looking for ways to improve how you work to create the best possible results for any situation. You will have previous practice working in a busy office and be confident in your capability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external people across all levels of our business to deliver excellent customer service that meets the diverse needs of this challenging function.
