This is an exciting time for the Regulatory Services Group as we implement our strategy that will see teams jointly focussed on driving regulatory excellence so that Iwi, hap? and communities across New Zealand are safe resilient and thriving.
We are seeking for a senior advisor, or someone ready to take the next step in their career.
In this function you will:
   » Develop and implement processes to improve the services we deliver to our stakeholders.
   » Provide secretariat support to our systems leadership abilities group.
   » Provide thought leadership abilities and advice to advance the strategic direction of Regulatory Services.
   » Lead and support the implementation of initiatives that will see Regulatory Services be at the forefront of regulatory excellence.
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » An interest in improving things for staff and stakeholders, and the capability to connect ideas, projects, and people.
   » Proven practice in providing high quality advice to senior managers.
   » Demonstrated practice implementing and promoting initiatives.
   » A knack for problem solving and the capability to lead by influencing others.
