We are seeking for a senior advisor, or someone ready to take the next step in their career. In this function you will: » Develop and implement processes to improve the services we deliver to our stakeholders. » Provide secretariat support to our systems leadership abilities group. » Provide thought leadership abilities and advice to advance the strategic direction of Regulatory Services. » Lead and support the implementation of initiatives that will see Regulatory Services be at the forefront of regulatory excellence. To be prosperous in this function you will have: » An interest in improving things for staff and stakeholders, and the capability to connect ideas, projects, and people. » Proven practice in providing high quality advice to senior managers. » Demonstrated practice implementing and promoting initiatives. » A knack for problem solving and the capability to lead by influencing others.
